Key Responsibilities/Skills
: -
STRATEGIC ANALYSIS
:
• Prepare and maintain strategic files on:
- Target
- Countries
- Business
- Competition
• Analysis
- Market trends
- Competitive watch
• Prepare an innovation watch
M & A
:
• Prepare business plans and analysis of target Companies;
• Work on due diligence of selected targets;
• Assist senior management on closing out M&A targets.
OPERATIONS
:
• Assist management in preparing management accounts, budget, variance analysis, investment files, market studies, logistics studies etc.
• Analyse business performance versus budget, business case and benchmarks.
Other Requirements
: -
QUALIFICATIONS
: A B.Sc in
engineering
or
accounting
disciplines.
SKILLS
:
• Financially Literate
• An Industrial background
• Excellent Excel and Power Point skills
• Good strategic mind
• Ability to prepare synthetic reports on complex issues
• Ability to speak and communicate effectively in French would be an added bonus
