You send Phillips Recruitment the job profile but we do not publish the vacancy on our website - the information remains internal to our system.The job profile is entered into our database which then automatically identifies all registered job seekers who meet the selection criteria and forwards their CVs to you.
Job seekers are not alerted by us: it is up to you, the employer, to review and assess the CVs and contact candidates you are interested in. All CVs forwarded to you are in our standard Phillips Recruitment format so that you can easily compare the candidates. |
