This service, as with Copper, keeps your recruitment intentions confidential and preserves your organisation’s anonymity. You, the employer, provide Phillips Recruitment with a draft of the vacancy notice as you would like it to appear on our recruitment website.
We can provide examples to assist you. If you want to, you can include several jobs in a single notice. After vetting, we open a unique email address, which we include in the vacancy notice and then post the notice on our website. The notice will not mention your organisation’s name. Job seekers who access our website and are interested in the advertised post(s) reply by email to the unique email address. Applications are then automatically forwarded from that address to you, the client. Every application submitted to you will include the applicant’s CV in our standard Phillips Recruitment format, which facilitates the comparison of candidates. Please note that, with this service, Phillips Recruitment does not review any of the applications or CVs. |
