After vetting, we open a unique email address, which we include in the vacancy notice and then post the notice on our website. You decide whether or not you want your organisation’s name mentioned in the vacancy notice. Job seekers who access our website and are interested in the advertised post replies by email to the unique email address. Our recruitment specialists review and assess the applications and CVs and then send you a short-list of applications (up to a maximum of 10). As we are involved in the screening process, our CADMIUM Service handles each vacancy individually. The candidates' details are also presented in our standard CV format. |
