You provide Phillips Recruitment with the details of your requirements. We draft the vacancy notice and agree the format and content with you. You decide whether or not you want your organisation’s name mentioned in the notice. We open a unique email address, which appears in the vacancy notice, and then post the notice on our website. Job seekers who access our website and are interested in the advertised post apply by email to the unique email address. Our recruitment specialists review the applications and CVs, and prepare a preliminary list of candidates to whom we send a test message. Based on the responses, we prepare a list of candidates who we invite to attend our Assessment Centre. At the Assessment Centre, specially prepared tests are given to candidates, who are also required to make very short presentations. We score and analyse the results and prepare a shortlist of candidates for each position. You receive a report together with the shortlisted candidates’ profiles in a spreadsheet format and on a CD Rom. We then arrange for you to conduct the interviews and make your selection.
