You provide Phillips Recruitment with the details of the position you wish to fill- we shall require a job description and a candidate specification. We then ask you to complete a questionnaire. Using our proprietary profiling software, we produce a profile of the behavioural characteristics of the person best suited for the job vacancy in your organisation. We next draft the vacancy notice and agree the format and content with you. You decide whether or not you want your organisation’s name to appear in the notice. We open a unique email address, which is included in the vacancy notice, and then post the notice on our website. At this point, we will decide whether or not we shall also advertise elsewhere (this applies particularly if we are also recruiting outside Nigeria). If we do choose to advertise in Nigeria, we bear the cost.
