Our PLATINUM Service is a headhunting service for very senior positions only, which is provided in conjunction with Phillips Consulting. It is therefore available only for positions where the annual salary on offer is at least N12 million.
We follow a process similar to our GOLD Service but headhunt using our network of contacts in the relevant sector. We rarely place a vacancy notice or otherwise advertise, although this is more likely if we are recruiting outside Nigeria. If we do choose to advertise in Nigeria, we bear the cost. If it is outside Nigeria, you bear the cost- in this case, the advertisement will not indicate your organisation’s identity.
While we ask candidates to complete the profile questionnaire, they are not required to sit for any tests. Also, in keeping with the stature of the candidates and the position to be filled, we conduct high-level interviews, including panel interviews.
We provide a report for you including a description of the recruitment process, the level of response, the screening and interviewing processes, a shortlist of recommended candidates, our comments on those candidates, and their profiles in our standard CV format. We then arrange for you to conduct the final interviews and make your selection. If required, we can arrange for one or more of our recruitment specialists to be in attendance to advise you.
